Delete your DEXWireNews account

This page explains how to request deletion of your DEXWireNews account and the personal data associated with it. We honor every valid request.

How to request deletion

  1. Fill in the form below with the email address linked to your account.
  2. Press Submit Deletion Request. Your email app will open with the request pre-filled.
  3. Send the email. Our team verifies your identity and processes the request.

You may also email us directly at delete your account if the form does not work on your device.

What gets deleted

Account profileName, email, login credentials
Saved preferencesBookmarks, watchlist, notification settings
Usage & device dataPush tokens and in-app activity tied to your account

What may be retained

Legal / financial recordsKept only where required by law, then deleted
Anonymized analyticsNo longer linked to you personally

Timeline

Requests are processed within 30 days. Data required for legal or accounting obligations is retained only for the legally mandated period and then deleted.
